This application does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. It is a private workspace for organizing information. All calculations, projections, and scenario outputs are estimates for planning purposes only. Each account is intended for a single individual. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including any multi-factor authentication methods you configure.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others

- Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Divorce Navigator. We do not claim any rights to your personal information, documents, or financial data. Your data is yours, and you may request its deletion at any time.
5. AI-Powered Features
Certain optional features use artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to provide research assistance, jurisdiction guidance, and professional recommendations. These AI features are clearly identified and can be disabled. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
6. Account Termination
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk to the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
Divorce Navigator is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any calculations, projections, or information generated by the application.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Divorce Navigator and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
